Design thinking offers new ways to create, innovate and solve problems together!
Our world is changing all around us. Technologies, social and economic shifts, along with increasing expectations, are disrupting current practice. Professionals are seizing these opportunities to design new programs, products and systems to meet and exceed developing needs. One thing we know: design thinking is not just for designers or people we perceive as highly creative. Design thinking can be a powerful tool HR professionals can use to develop solutions and new ways of engaging in your business practice and the employee experience.
In this session, you will:
- Learn the framework of design thinking as an everyday tool for your HR practice.
- Problem solve using design thinking by engaging in an interactive, experiential exercise with session participants.
- Develop a personal leadermap for engaging your organization more actively in this transformational process.
