Our natural instinct is to control and reduce conflict, especially when we consider it as a distraction in the work environment. And, sometimes we choose to avoid it because it may just be too messy.  In this session, we learn to engage with conflict differently than our standard approach so we can see and leverage the possibilities available in it while engaging others in positive resolution.

In this session, you will:

• Learn how to reframe conflict as a generative, or an experience of possibilities.
• Engage various forms of communication to experiment working with conflict differently.
• Develop a leadermap to consider how you might engage conflict differently in your work environment.
